NOTES:
1.
All those
applying for the Post of Assistant Professor (Excluding In-Service Regular
Teachers of the University and such Candidates holding Ph.D Degree in the
subject) are required to appear in the NTS Test. Only Shortlisted Candidates
will be called for Interview and Presentation before the Selection Board
2.
Candidates
who have applied for the above mentioned Posts through earlier advertisement
for the same Post, will be considered under the current advertisement. However
they can Update their Application within Due Date.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
ii. Six Copies of Application
for the Posts of Professor and Associate
Professor and Three Copies for the Posts of Assistant Professor and Lecturer
along with a Pay Order of Rs 3,000/- in favour of University of Karachi and
attested Photocopies of Marks Certificates / Degrees / Diplomas / Certificates,
Experience Certificates and Reprints of Publications, must reach the Registrar,
University of Karachi, University Road, Karachi-75270 (Pakistan) on or before OCTOBER 07, 2019. The Last Date for
Receipt of Applications in case of Pakistani Nationals serving/residing abroad
is OCTOBER 25 2019.
iii. Candidates already in Government,
Semi- Government and Autonomous Organizations in Pakistan must apply through
Proper Channel.
iv. Those applying for the Post
of Assistant Professor/ Lecturer must enclose Three Attested Passport Size
Photographs along with their Applications.
v.
Soft
Copies of the Form and Documents submitted either through Online E-Portal (www.kurecruits.com) or as CD/USB in pdf format should also be submitted in the
Office of Deputy Registrar (Establishment) within Due Date.
vi. The Number of Posts shall
be considered according to the available Positions at the time of Selection.
The University also reserves the right to cancel any Post advertised above
without assigning any reason.
