1.	Director Planning and Development (BPS-20) (Tenured / Contract for 3 years] Max Age: 57 Years	Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree awarded after 16 years of education in first division from HEC recognized university with minimum 17 years' experience of working at senior level preferably in government organization.	Proven experience exhibiting leadership, managerial and organizational effectiveness, awareness in the domain of planning and development, specially working experience in educational institution. The ideal candidate should be well versed with monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. The candidate should have ability to develop vision as well as plan for development of the university during next five, ten and twenty years.
2.	Film Instructor (BPS-18) (Probation /Regular] Age: Max 35 Years	BS / Master’s degree (16 years' education) at least 2nd division from HEC recognized University / Institution with proven record of 05 years' experience in filmmaking, script writing or any other area relating to film production.	The position is instructional / teaching in nature. The ideal candidate should have firsthand experience in disciplines relating exclusively to film making.
3.	Deputy Director Planning and Development (BPS-18) (Probation /Regular] Age: Max 35 Years	BS / Master's Degree awarded after 16 years of education in first division in relevant field or in other relevant discipline from HEC recognized university with minimum 05 years' experience in relevant field in reputed national or international organization.	Proven experience of preparing strategic plans, annual plans as well as should have proficiency in writing skills i.e. report and proposal writing are essentials.
4.	Assistant Director Planning and Development (BPS-17) [Probation /Regular] Age: Max 30 Years	BS / Master’s Degree awarded after 16 years of education in first division in relevant field or in other relevant discipline from HEC recognized university. 02 years' experience in relevant field will be preferable.	The incumbent of the post shall assist in preparing strategic plans, annual plans. Should be proficient in writing skills i.e report and proposal writing are essentials.
5.	Assistant Engineer-Civil (BPS-17) [Probation /Regular] Age: Max 30 Years	Bachelor's degree awarded after 16 years of education in the field of Civil Engineering in first division, from HEC recognized university/institution, with PEC registration. Previous experience will be preferable.	The AE shall be responsible to plan and design structures following government standards, using design software and drawing tools, inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards, direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
6.	Software Developer / Computer Program Officer (BPS-17) [Probation /Regular] Age: Max 30 Years	BS/MCS (BE in relevant field) awarded after 16 years of education in first division from HEC recognized university / institution. Previous experience will be preferable.	The SD/CPO shall be responsible to develop and implement new software programs, maintain and improve the performance of existing software, design and update software database, test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization, and recommend improvements in the IT systems.
7.	Assistant Librarian (BPS-17) [Probation /Regular] Age: Max 30 Years	Master's degree in Library Science awarded after 16 years of education in first division from HEC recognized university/institution. 02 years' experience of relevant field will be preferable.	The incumbent of the post shall assist in collecting, cataloging, preparing, and organizing library materials according to established policies. The candidate should be well versed with the concepts of Digital Library.
8.	Campus Medical Officer (BPS-17) [Probation /Regular] Age: Max 30 Years	First Class MBBS Degree from HEC recognized university / institution having valid PM & DC registration. 02 years' experience of relevant field will be preferable.	The incumbent of the post shall be responsible / overall in-charge of SMIU's Medical Unit, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility and serving as advisor on health issues, disease control and preventions and providing medical support to students and staff of the university.
