SOCIAL MEDIA RESEARCH  ASSISTANT- CBEC   

This is a part-time position for a mid-level research assistant to support our bioethics related social media outreach. The incumbent will assist in the development of bioethics related academic content for the centre's various social media platforms and will be responsible for their dissemination through these platforms. This person will be responsible for managing all social media accounts, including a blog.

The position requires strong writing, oral and social media communication skills.

Eligibility:

·        Minimum graduate degree in social sciences such as Sociology, Anthropology, Journalism or similar programs.

·        Strong academic record with an interest in bioethics.

·        Demonstrable background in handling social media platforms for academic purposes.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web conferencing applications and similar programs.

·        Proficiency in the use of relevant quantitative and qualitative research software will be given extra credit.
