1.
Applicants
are required to submit the application / dossiers on the prescribed performa available
on www.uhs.edu.pk/downloads along with attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates,
CNIC, domicile and four fresh passport size colored photographs.
2.
The
applications, complete in all respect, must reach the office of Director (Admin
& Coord) University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, by
16.09.2019 before closing hours.
3.
Before
applying online, the candidate must deposit a process fee (non - refundable),
through bank challan at National Bank of Pakistan, Sheikh Zayed Hospital Branch
Lahore (A/c # 1711 -6) or get a pay order / demand draft of the same amount in
the name of Treasurer, University of Health Sciences Lahore. The candidate
shall enter the number of his/her challan / DD/ PO in
his / her online form. The detail of the amount is as below:
a.
BPS 1 -
BPS 4 = No processing fee
b.
BPS 5-BPS
11 = Rs. 300/-
IMPORTANT
1.
Disabled
person shall attach certificate of disability issued by District Assessment
Board only those disabled person shall be eligible who have been declared by
the Assessment Board to be disabled but fit for the job applied.
2.
Only
Shortlisted candidates will call for interview.
3.
No TA/DA
shall be admissible.
4.
The
appointment will be subject to Police Verification and other checks including
references, educational and professional.
5.
Applications
that are incomplete (in any case) or received after due date shall not be
entertained.
6.
The age
should not be more then 55 years on 13.09.2019.
7.
Applicants
already working Government / Semi-Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies
should apply through proper channel.
8.
The
selected candidates will be governed by the UHS Service Statues and rules /
regulations amended from time to time
